In order to make your product accessable by virtually everyone we use PDF files. Not only will your final published work be available as a PDF file, we also use PDF for sending proofs to clients for approval and for sending high-resolution print-ready artwork to the printer.
Publish to the Web
OPS can make any document available to download from the Web. We will provide you with a web-optimised PDF file of your publication for placing on your website.
If you do not have a website, OPS can host your document for you, giving it a URL (Web address). You can advertise the URL wherever you want to invite your readers to download a copy of your publication.
Distribution by emailSend a publication by email as an attachment, or email your customers the URL so they can download it themselves. Whatever your email requirements, OPS has the expertise to manage as little or as much of the process as you need.
Publish to CD-ROM
CD-ROM is an excellent medium for distributing your information once it has been produced in digital form. We can customise the face of the CD to create a unique and memorable product. It is particularly suitable if you have a large number of files which you want to make easily available. OPS are experienced in:
