- uses less energy
- produces less waste
- is a more sustainable business practice.
Paper
We believe that paper stocks should ideally:
- come from managed forest
- use a percentage of recycled material, and
- be chlorine free in production.
Greening the supply chain
OPS is pleased to work with, and supply products and services to, organisations who:
- screen suppliers for environmental performance
- set purchasing standards to bar the purchase of products containing old growth wood or toxic substances like mercury
- work collaboratively with suppliers on green design initiatives, and
- are actively working to build suppliers' environmental management capacity.
